Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

Staff is excellent, they make you feel at home. No matter what we needed the found a way to accommodate me and my family. Big shout out to the valet parking staff, they were always on top of their game. They hustled, they made getting in and out of the hotel a breeze even when they were slammed. Everyone on staff treated my family and me with great respect definitely recommend The Omni.

We didn't stay at the hotel but went to enjoy the rooftop bar and were very pleased with the service, drinks, and cleanliness of the facilities. Anthony made the night special by sending our table a beautiful dessert for our friends' Birthday, who we were out celebrating with. Thank you again for the kind gesture and great service!

Beautiful hotel and very kind and attentive staff. The location was really convenient too. Mattress was a little soft for me, but thats more personal preference.

Overall great stay. Was there for a conference. Meals, service, etc were outstanding. Staff were all friendly and courteous. Towels were old, frayed, and one had a dime sized hole which was a surprisire related to the quality of hotel. Electric outlets in bathroom need to be checked. Coffee maker and frig were greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The mattress was very comfortable, that nice balance between soft but not too soft. The staff was very accommodating in getting us a pac and play for our little one and the vallet service was timely and efficient. The location was right near a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants with a close proximity to ASU.

A perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Our room view facing west had an amazing sunset view overlooking the city of Tempe. The rooftop lounge had an amazing assortment of delicious beverages to try. A great spot to have a drink and unwind with a beautiful view of the Arizona skyline. The coffee shop has a cozy feel with hanging wicker chairs to enjoy your coffee or tea. It's a short walking distance from several restaurants, bars and shops. There a gym but they also offer an in room yoga kit you can order and enjoy in the privacy of your own room.

This hotel is really nice! The rooms have a nice layout, the Library area had good options, and the Neighborhood Services restaurant has really good food! The lobby is a great hangout place, too! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We’ve been vacationing every year for the last 4 years, and this was our first time switching locations to this hotel — and wow, what a great choice! Everything is so well done, from the rooms to the overall atmosphere, and the service is excellent. One of the highlights was the neighborhood restaurant on the main floor. CeCe took such great care of us ! We saw her every day, and she remembered everything, which made us feel so welcomed. Truly above and beyond! We’ll definitely be back.
